To our existing clients, we cannot express how much we appreciate your unfathomable patience with us through all of our trials. The most recent issue, as many of you know, is the corruption of our Outlook database. We understand your frustration, and it is fully warranted. The nature of the mmo genre is ever-changing and many of you may not even be interested in your initial commissions due to changes in character or change in games, or loss of interest in the commission itself.

And so, in an effort to ‘reboot’ MMOART, and to significantly streamline our business, we are offering a full refund to every one of our clients who has yet to have their artwork commission completed. We do have a new email database up and running perfectly now. However, due to the loss of our former email database, we cannot retrieve your initial orders and contact information. We do still have all the character images and the current queue. So we just need ALL clients to update their contact information. This includes MMOART Studio clients, and those whose artwork has already been completed but not delivered.

This refund is optional. Should you decide not to opt out of the queue, please re-submit your order so that we will have your most updated contact information, as well as any changes in character, game, or artwork type that you desire. Event associated commissions will be completed and delivered as promised.

This process will take time, but we will not disappoint you.
